Ready? Get this, the latest development:
Get a call from the car dealership and they say that since they no longer own the car, they can't get a new title. So they have to send me the form to fill out and then I have to send it back to the DMV. Once the CT DMV receives it it will take them up to four weeks to ship me a new one., FOUR FUCKING WEEKS?
The bottom line: I might be having to return to Hartford sooner than I thought.
